Diego Carvajal
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Diego Carvajal brings more than 15 years of legal and consulting experience to his work at VallotKarp. Before joining VallotKarp as a consultant, Diego worked as a senior associate for two prominent New York law firms (Cadwalader and Hogan Lovells), where he represented corporations, financial institutions, and sovereign countries on a broad range of international finance transactions. He then worked as associate general counsel for Sterling National Bank.
Diego has leveraged his legal and international background to help clients launch global workplace solutions, with experience in designing and facilitating workshops, spearheading training and development programs, building talent management solutions, coaching, and implementing culture assessments in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. He also works on-set and in consultation with TV shows including America's Got Talent, The Traitors, the Real Housewives franchises, and many others.
Born in Bolivia, Diego is fluent in English and Spanish and has experience working with Spanish speaking teams in the United States and the Americas. He also draws from more than 20 years of experience as an improv instructor to help clients better understand how to build cohesive and high-performing teams.
He holds a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. from New York University. He serves on the Lideres board of LatinoJustice, the foremost civil rights organization for Latinos in the United States.
