This workshop helps individuals develop cross-cultural competencies to enable them to work more effectively with people from a wide range of backgrounds.   • Attrition rates of junior associates differ for various demographic groups. Creating a culture that sets all junior associates up for success should be every firm’s priority. This workshop offers tools and techniques for mid-level and senior associates as well as partners focused on building effective relationships, monitoring how work is assigned, and making sure that every associate receives real-time feedback. An alternative version of this workshop, entitled “Setting yourself up for success” provides junior associates with tools and techniques to actively engage in their own professional development.
